Executive Coaching
Executives have special and unique needs so our coaching is highly focused and outcome oriented to produce results quickly. Various assessments are used to provide the executive with information about him/herself. One example is our 360 degree multi-rater feedback assessment which gathers information from sources supplied by the executive (peers, employees, customers, etc). Using this tool, the executive can see through the "eyes" of others and consider whether enhancements are needed.
We also use the Energy Leadership Profile, a state-of-the-art assessment designed tohelp leaders understand the forces of their energy and how to best utilize their energy to inspire, motivate and lead organizations to greatness.
We use The Personal Profile SystemTM (DiSC) to understand human behavior and how best to use the information on a daily basis. It is common for our behavioral tendencies and preferences to block our achievement if we do not understand how to optimize our behavioral preferences.
The relationship between coach and executive is special in that confidentiality is the foundation for accomplishment. The coach honors the executive by helping ensure accountability for assignments and continually validates and documents the accomplishments achieved.
