WHO WE ARE
Employee Involvement Systems is owned and operated by Stephen Clarke, M.A., P.C.C. The company was formed in 1991 and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. We provide services nationally and internationally to diverse clients ranging from high-tech to public-sector organizations.

Our mission is to help people and organizations achieve their highest potential in ways that compliment their core values and unique cultures. We use a partnership approach in our relationships with our clients to ensure they achieve the goals they desire.

OUR COACHING PROCESS
Coaching is a confidential, interactive process between an individual and certified coach designed to bring out the "inner wisdom" that all people possess but are often unaware. It is a "forward-looking" process to help the client solve problems and identify opportunities that can enrich their life, and catapult his/her career in ways never before dreamed of or achieved.

Coaches are trained to listen, observe and customize their approach to meet individual client needs. They seek out solutions and strategies from the client and believe that the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach's job is to provide empowering support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity often hidden but always possessed by the client. Professional coaches provide an ongoing partnership designed to help clients achieve meaningful results in their careers and in their lives, resulting in a positive effect on their employer's bottom line.

COACHING APPROACH & CONFIDENTIALITY
Coaching is conducted with absolute confidentiality. Sessions are conducted either on-site or off-site and are informal and relaxed. The focus is on assessment, awareness, personal growth, and problem solving in a collaborative environment. Participants will need to complete assignments during the coaching process. Post-session follow-up sessions/discussions via telephone will be conducted as needed.

OUR COACHING TEAM

Stephen Clarke, M.A., Professional Certified Coach, founded Employee Involvement Systems in 1991. Stephen has completed extensive training in contemporary coaching methodologies and is IPEC-certified as a Professional Empowerment Coach and is certified by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach. His education and experience allows him the opportunity to provide clients with coaching services designed to access his/her "inner wisdom." Stephen has over 35 years of leadership experience, taught leadership at the college and university level, and holds a Master degree in Organizational Management. He is also a trained mediator and has served as a Justice Court Mediator.

Lynda Bishop, MPC, is a Senior Associate with Employee Involvement Systems and President of Summit Alliance Solutions, LLC. Lynda is a certified coach and her background includes over a decade of experience as a corporate executive as well as a Master's level education and experience as a counselor specializing in life transitions and personal development. This rare combination lends her the ability to help her clients reach their personal best while balancing the unique needs and goals of executive management. Lynda has developed and facilitated workshops on Improving Self-Esteem, Setting and Reaching Goals, and Personal Growth in Life Transitions.

Zen Benefiel, MA, MBA, is Senior Associate with EIS and Chief Inspirational Officer of Be The Dream, LLC - a professional services company. Zen is an incredible facilitator and possibilities coagulator. The latter label came from Dudley Lynch, CEO of Brain Technologies, Inc.. Zen can walk into a situation, assess and facilitate positive outcomes based on the desires of the leaders and participants in the room. His career has spanned aerospace, education, health foods, home improvements, performing arts and more. Zen has developed and delivered curriculum - including adult and secondary - covering academics to organizational development to self-awareness.
