Employee Involvement Systems based in Scottsdale Arizona provides Executive, Leadership and Life Coaching services nationally and internationally to a widely diversified client base.

Stephen Clarke, M.A., Professional Certified Coach, founded Employee Involvement Systems in 1991. Stephen has completed extensive training in contemporary coaching methodologies and is IPEC-certified as a Professional Empowerment Coach and is certified by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach. His education and experience allows him the opportunity to provide clients with coaching services designed to access his/her "inner wisdom." Stephen has over 35 years of leadership experience, taught leadership at the college and university level, and holds a Master degree in Organizational Management. He is also a trained mediator and has served as a Justice Court Mediator.

Lynda Bishop, MPC, recently joined Employee Involvement Systems as a Senior Associate. Lynda's background includes over a decade of experience as a corporate executive as well as a Master's level education and experience as a counselor specializing in life transitions and personal development. This rare combination lends her the ability to help her clients reach their personal best while balancing the unique needs and goals of executive management. Lynda has developed and facilitated workshops on Improving Self-Esteem, Setting and Reaching Goals, and Personal Growth in Life Transitions.

Coaches are trained to listen, observe and customize their approach to meet individual client needs. They seek out solutions and strategies from the client and believe that the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach's job is to provide empowering support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity often hidden but always possessed by the client. Professional coaches provide an ongoing partnership designed to help clients achieve meaningful results in their careers and in their lives, resulting in a positive effect on their employer's bottom line.

Professional coaching services provided by Employee Involvement Systems are completely customized to client needs. This may include the services of one coach, or, if appropriate, the use of a coaching team.

Employee Involvement Systems also offers a variety of organizational development consulting and training services including partnering workshops, team building, and facilitation.

As a small company, our niche is to custom design programs and processes for our customers. We work closely with our customers to create common understanding of their goals and to develop methods to achieve those goals. We specialize in solution focused coaching and team building with diverse work teams facing the internal challenge of combining generations of employees (ie. Generation Baby Boomers, Generation X and Generation Y). We have created courseware for customer service, leadership, creating positive culture and climate, team member roles, communication, and countless others.
