Stephen Clarke, M.A., Professional Certified Coach, founded Employee Involvement Systems in 1991. Stephen has completed extensive training in contemporary coaching methodologies and is IPEC-certified as a Professional Empowerment Coach and is certified by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach. His education and experience allows him the opportunity to provide clients with coaching services designed to access his/her "inner wisdom." Stephen has over 35 years of leadership experience, taught leadership at the college and university level, and holds a Master degree in Organizational Management. He is also a trained mediator and has served as a Justice Court Mediator.

Lynda Bishop, MPC, recently joined Employee Involvement Systems as a Senior Associate. Lynda's background includes over a decade of experience as a corporate executive as well as a Master's level education and experience as a counselor specializing in life transitions and personal development. This rare combination lends her the ability to help her clients reach their personal best while balancing the unique needs and goals of executive management. Lynda has developed and facilitated workshops on Improving Self-Esteem, Setting and Reaching Goals, and Personal Growth in Life Transitions.

Coaches are trained to listen, observe and customize their approach to meet individual client needs. They seek out solutions and strategies from the client and believe that the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach's job is to provide empowering support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity often hidden but always possessed by the client. As a small company, our niche is to custom design programs and processes for our customers.
